A message from Debbie Zurick- I would like to say thank you to everyone for their kind words & support last year. Without the warmth & kindness of my friends, it would of been a very dark lonely journey fighting Breast Cancer. I am pleased to say I have finished my 8 sessions of chemo, and 4 weeks of radiotherapy, then the rest of my treatment herceptin should be finished by July 2010 so it will be 18 months of treatment altogether but I am sure 2010 is going to be a much more positive year. I would also like to say thank you to all of you that have supported me raising money for Breast Cancer research. The amount so far is just under £16,300 and still going. But my dogs and passion for the WCSS, shooting & picking up has made me determined to get out during the season which has certainly helped me deal with all of this in a positive way. So here’s to a good 2010, I have attached a photo of me out shooting at the end of the season in one of my wigs, some of you may not recognise me!!
